What is Surfe?

Surfe is a lead gen tool used to add contacts, manage deals and pipelines straight from LinkedIn, and move this data into a CRM. Without tab-switching or manual data entry, Surf makes CRM fields accessible on LinkedIn, and users can input information, create new fields, and edit existing ones, while syncing this to a connected CRM in real-time. Surfe also helps users to save time by adding prospects from LinkedIn with a click of a button directly from their profile, and it does that without copy-pasting. Also from LinkedIn, users can manage deals, configure pipelines, filter out accounts from the pipeline while working, and they can do this while knowing that everything will be backed in the associated CRM.

Great Help with Getting Data Out of LinkedIn

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Surfe for getting marketing data into our HubSpot account from LinkedIn. It helps us to get the data from LinkedIn efficiently and quickly, and we do not have to add much more information manually. We use the export options for accounts and user data. Also, Surfe helps us with messaging as it is also able to pass LinkedIn messages directly in the CRM.

Pros

  • Easy to set up in both directions
  • Getting account data out of LinkedIn
  • Searching for Contact options, i.e. E-Mail and phone
  • Getting Company Data out of LinkedIn

Cons

  • After installing the Chrome Plugin, LinkedIn is a bit slower than before
  • Pricing is okay, but import from Sales Navigator should be included in the Basic Package
