Taskboss

Taskboss is a tool that combines time tracking, task and project planning and execution, and calendar into one simple UI. Users can plan tasks and projects on drag &drop WBS plans and Kanban boards, and track time with a click.

Taskboss helps users to keep todos in check, boasting an intelligent dashboard and integrated calendar, to never loose track of what is to be done. Color coding and tagging help users organize tasks.

Attach files to tasks and projects via drag & drop, and manage changes to them. An integrated chat/comment system allows for structured communication between team members.

Taskboss can be used for free as a single user, and upgraded to a paid license to expand and collaborate with others. Add-on modules for offer & invoice management based on tasks and projects further reduce overhead for small companies, and larger teams as well.

Taskboss is developed in Austria by Dropping Coconut and fully GDPR compliant. A companion app for Android and iOS helps to keep track of tasks on the road, and is available to all licenses without additional cost.
