Tidio is a customer service platform founded in 2013 by CEO Tytus Gołas. Headquartered in Szczecin, Poland, with additional offices in San Francisco and Warsaw, Tidio provides businesses with tools to enhance customer interactions through live chat, AI-powered chatbots, and help desk solutions. In May 2022, Tidio states they have raised $25 million in a Series B funding round led by PeakSpan Capital, with participation from Inovo Venture Partners and other investors.
