Pricing on benefits Pricing on admin fees In my opinion, $1000 annual fee to use platform needs to stop. … We have smaller companies that we work with and in my experience, TriNet is pricing themselves out of that work as well as declining on the ability to provide competitive pricing on benefits.

If we could just be free of a PEO, that would be the next step, as none of the larger ones have been worth the cost for the problems they created or did not solve for us. … TriNet promised us savings on admin fees, but then announced mid year that they were going to charge a $1,000 "platform fee".

TriNet not only is more affordable for us, but their pricing and cost structure are straightforward so we can anticipate our costs as our needs grow. … We really just found their ability to breakdown healthcare plans to be insufficient for helping in choosing or forecasting the cost of a plan for our employees.
