Overall Satisfaction with TriNet
We use Trinet to run our payroll, manage our vacation, sick days requests, and approvals. We also use it for our employee handbook.
Pros
- Great customer service.
- They have a great team of specialists, depending on the type of questions we have.
- It's a user-friendly platform.
Cons
- I have had issues with our annual calendar with the option "to cancel" a date not working well. I could only add a new holiday, not remove it.
- The Equifax team from Trinet when processing unemployment is not as reachable as the Trinet team; this could be slightly better.
- We can stay within HR compliance.
- TriNet is very knowledgeable on State law and State HR issues for onboarding, offboarding, and any employment issues.
- Payroll calculation is easy and clear and reduces time.
- There's great reporting and a great number of reports available.
I never followed up much and chose Trinet from the beginning. My comparative analysis made me choose Trinet, and I am very happy with it. It fits my company, our size, and the type of services offered are exactly what we are looking for. There was no reason to change. The price could go down a bit, as the price per paycheck is not cheap.
