Overall Satisfaction with 6sense
We are new users so we are still very new in our 6sense journey. Currently, we are using 6sense for audience segmentation, display advertising and LinkedIn audiences. In the future, we'd love to dig deeper into intent data, buyer journey stage, funnel velocity, and expand on building Intelligent Workflows and utilizing RevvyAI.
Pros
- Onboarding process was simple and the team was readily available for questions and problem solving.
- The platform is easy to navigate and extremely intuitive.
- Campaigns are easy to create.
Cons
- Providing additional insights past the datas, like using AI to recommend next steps or monitor performance.
- Providing more transparency on how the data is collected or what makes up the data so it's an easier sell to stakeholder and build trust or credibility in the data.
- Persona segmentation for display advertising could be more granular. Job level and industry are very broad.
- N/A - we haven't used 6sense long enough to measure this.
We haven't fully investigated this yet. One of my takeaways from this conference is to dig into this much deeper.
The data capabilities are more robust in 6sense.
