I use it for sales primarily for account intent and enriching contacts.
Pros
- User interface
- Contact information quality
- Full picture of account intent in one pane of glass
Cons
- Transparency on the predictive model
- Workflow set up
- Identifying differences in intent to account for multiple buying groups
- More pipeline generated
- Increased conversations from more targeted outreach
- More time from automating personalization
Transparently, it seems to rely a lot on our CRM data ( which is a dumpster fire), so it will pull intent for an account from a prospect who is no longer at the company.
6sense is more user friendly and has more accurate contact information.
