Overall Satisfaction with 6sense

I use it for sales primarily for account intent and enriching contacts.

Pros

  • User interface
  • Contact information quality
  • Full picture of account intent in one pane of glass

Cons

  • Transparency on the predictive model
  • Workflow set up
  • Identifying differences in intent to account for multiple buying groups
Love how everything is laid out, very user friendly
  • More pipeline generated
  • Increased conversations from more targeted outreach
  • More time from automating personalization
Transparently, it seems to rely a lot on our CRM data ( which is a dumpster fire), so it will pull intent for an account from a prospect who is no longer at the company.
6sense is more user friendly and has more accurate contact information.
