Overall Satisfaction with 6sense

We currently use 6sense for audience research and segmentation for targeted digital advertising campaigns. We have a niche audience with really long sales cycles. We struggle with knowing when accounts are in active buying patterns. Additionally we have multiple solutions each with unique buyer profiles, so we needed help with efficiently identifying multiple audience groups.

Pros

  • Insight into intent activity
  • Building segments via Salesforce data
  • Reporting on campaign engagement

Cons

  • Automating optimization for ad campaigns
  • Removing keywords from groups
The implementation and CSM teams are fantastic to work with. Any time we get stuck, they help us navigate where we need to go.
  • More targeted advertising to build brand awareness in key areas
We have not dug into this area yet, but are exploring it for 2026.
