Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Virtual Office

Currently, 8x8 is deployed across various departments, including mine, but not the whole organization.
  • Call queue.
  • Phone system web set up.
  • Professional support.
  • Long hold times for help.
  • Need more granular phone system web options.
  • Fax analog option does not work out bound.
  • Money savings - half the cost as traditional PBX.
  • Maintenance less once setup.
  • Call volume easier to manage.
Some of our users use the 8x8 Virtual Office and some use the website only. I never have complaints from either.
For a technical person, the setup is not hard and it's easy to manage. It's has been a great phone solution for our department.

8x8 may overwhelm non-technical people while setting it up. The over the phone set up walk through helps, but it's still a challenge for certain people.
