Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Virtual Office

We currently use 8x8 across the business for both internal, external calls and conference calls & videos. We recently migrated to the X5 platform and have found it to more efficient than the last one. It's easy to use and we are yet to have any calls drop or fail. All we need from a phone system.

  • Easy to use
8x8 is used across our business, we use it on soft phone and mobile. Both functions on both platforms work well. Call forwarding and grouping set up is easy to add and amend as well as new users.
