Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work
I am able to work remotely and still answer my phone, schedule calls, and do what needs to be done without being tied to my desk! I love that the app allows me to see all the calls I have made with detailed information about them. It also makes listening to voicemails much easier. It allows me to be available when offsite without giving out my personal cell number.
Pros
- Immediate call forwarding to my personal device.
- Clear reception so that I can make necessary work calls wherever I am.
- Access to my voicemail on the go.
Cons
- A transcript of voicemails would be a great addition for those with auditory processing issues.
- When a call comes in on my personal device and I choose to ignore it, the pop-up for the incoming call does not go away; I can continue using my device until the call ends.
- The ease of communication with customer service could have been improved. It was not terrible, but it could have been more helpful.
- Better customer contact.
- More consistent availability.
- User friendly options.
