Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work

I use 8x8 Work to send and receive all of my business telephone calls, faxes, and texts. It works great on my desktop, laptop, and cell phone. It truly allows me to conduct business wherever I need to.

Pros

  • Send and receive telephone calls
  • Send and receive faxes
  • Send and receive texts

Cons

  • A scanning feature would be nice
  • It eliminated the need for a land line.
  • It eliminated the need for a fax machine.
  • It allows me to send and receive texts from my office telephone number.
It very efficiently allows me to communicate with clients.

Having the ability to make and receive telephone calls from my office number through the app on my cell phone, and to send and receive faxes and texts regardless of where I am is a great benefit.
