Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use 8x8 Work for all communications such as voice calls, voicemail, faxing and internal chatting. This helps to streamline our processes, monitor calls and track faxes. We utilize both the desktop version and the app version (for cell phones). Both are user friendly and easy to navigate.

Uptime is great, sytem never goes down
Allows for a lot of customization
Notifies you of incoming calls, voicemails and faxes
Response time from support is fast

Cons

Would benefit from longer storage time (faxes)
A search feature with the chat system

More affordable than most other plans!

Usability

Great system, few areas of improvement needed. Have recommended it to a few colleages already.

Jive and FAXCOM

We switched to 8x8 Work because wanted a program that combined both faxing and phone into one easy to use platform. The price was also better for us as well.
