Use it mainly to call my clients and candidates, helps to reach out in the majority of countries with ease. has many functionality that I could use for my BD however I do not use all of them, due to the difficulty of getting them set up. Something that is looked in.

Pros
- easy to dial,
- can be used on the browser but also on the app
- can be used on your smartphone
Cons
- to make settings the backend of it is very complicated not user friendly
- not allowing easy to click and dial, Fuze had a better functionality around it.
- everything seems over complicated, more like a tool that can use only by someone really tech savy
- great to keep track of the amount of time spent on the phone
- great you can see a scrip of the VM
- great you can direct the call to be made through your mobile

1 - We do not have a specific person to support 8x8, i could say one of our directors might jump to help when needed but i will not say he is an expert,.

I believe Fuze was acquired by 8x8, so it was more like a transition towards the new platform.

the business was the one to make decision, but i believe one of the main factors was the cost, because I do not see anyone using the platform for anything else except phone calls.

If it was me I would do a trial for 2 months, to see how it goes, as if I see those gliches happening so often, will make me think twice in taking the product.

From my perspective, is not a great thing to see on a company that i need to pay to get premium support.
No one wants to spend time on sorting thing out anyway, in sales we ahve better things to do.

I requested only once the support from 8x8 and it was not great as mentioned before, so i do not have an example of what you are asking for.
