Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work

We are an insurance agency. The product addresses organizational issues and communication. We share files between one another and the feature to look up shared documents makes it easy to go back and bring up conversations we had. When we are late to the office, we can answer calls on our cellphone, so we don't miss any.

I would rate the software's user experience an 8 out of 10. It is easy to use for the most part such as basic functions like calling and messaging. Some advanced features and the admin panel can be confusing and require training. With a bit more improvements, it can be more intuitive.
Our company chose 8x8 Work because it offers a reliable, all-in-one communication platform with voice, video, and messaging in one place. Unlike other tools like Microsoft Teams, RingCentral, or Zoom, this program has provided a better global fill for supporting both remote teams and customer communication. And we like being able to use it on our phones.

The messaging feature and file share accessibility makes it easy to communicate with coworkers. The app is user friendly on mobile phones making it fun to use. We don't need to download extra app or create additional accounts to video conference. The voicemail feature gives a peace of mind that no message will go unreceived.
