Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work

Make a Receive Calle and Communitas Internally and External and Use if got Text. I can see who Online is and who is Available, and it will help leaving less Voicemail and Communicate better with Coworker and Teams Members. this is Improving Performance and Better use of time and be on top of the tasked that we need to do.

Pros

  • Make Calls
  • User Mobile APP on iPhone and Android
  • Get Text from team Members and other Users
  • use desktop app on Windows and Mac

Cons

  • I want to be able to Order more Line without contacting the Rep
  • have Live Person for Support
  • Chat Bot Otto is not good, and we need to Have Live Person to work on the Issues
  • Be able to add Lines and Services by Myself without Sales Rep.
  • easy to use and Setup
  • Mobile and Desktop APP
easy to Use and Setup and it works. but the Support is not good and Ordering is Pain for new Line and Phone Numbers and the APP itself is good on the Desktop and Mobile and deferent Platform and even the Web Base is working good and easy to Navigate.

Including Fax and Options to Easily find other users when they are online and Available or they are Not, I cannot name any Options that May not be Needed and the Support is the Only Option that is not Good at all, and you need to have Live Support Person.
