Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work

We have used 8X8 for several years, we have a staff members who work in a hybrid setting. (work from home and office). With the 8x8 solution, this allows us to work both in a hybrid environment while still being a cohesive single team. Our team members feel that this flexibility is a definite advantage to their work-life balance

  • Back office support AI needs to be implemented.
  • Ability for administrators to purchase solution in the back office.
  • Customer support AI is challenging.
  • Saw a increase in acceptance by 80%, ease of use.
  • Cost of hardware decreased by 50%.
  • Clean workspace increased 70% - less cluttered with devices.
The 8x8 application is easy to use, flexible when our business changes, or when staff members change roles, or new employees are added. The cost to maintain is less than that of a traditional PBX.
