A right choice for your customer communication needs.

Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 Work

We use 8x8 Work to contact our customers. 8x8 Work enables us to have multiple numbers for one user. We actually switched to 8x8 Work from another supplier because we needed to have a feature of having local numbers to contact our customers in different countries across Europe. The scope is that we have a company in the UK and another in Denmark.

Pros

  • Calling to numbers in the UK and Denmark can be completed without any issues.
  • The connection quality is very good. There were no connection quality issues since we started using 8x8 Work.
  • There is an integration possibility with HubSpot and the Support team is very helpful and prompt.

Cons

  • Recently we had some difficulties with integrating 8x8 Work with HubSpot. But the Support team of 8x8 Work was very helpful.
  • It would be nice if this integration with HubSpot could be improved and made simpler to do the integration itself without involving Support team.
  • Also it would be nice to complete the integration with HubSport to allow dialing from the 8x8 Work app directly without having it outside in some browser pop-up.
  • At this stage I think we are unable to provide any impact due to lack of record keeping in this domain. We started contacting customers by calling them together with implementing 8x8 Work in our business processes and we can not track any changes, because there is nothing to compare with.
  • However, I can affirm that the impact is positive and after we started to contact customers by calling them some issues are gettigng resolved faster.
Because the app is very simple to use.
We used CircleLoop. As mentioned before we switched to 8x8 Work because the other provider did not have possibility of having multiple numbers for one user. And besides 8x8 Work is a more professional tool compared to the other one.

Based on our experience and business needs 8x8 Work is very suitable for small businesses to communicate with customers.
As to my understanding 8x8 Work is also suitable to any business needs also to setup corporate network of numbers and assign them to different team members, because 8x8 Work works well on mobile phones.
Also as far as I understand when there is a common number which is seen to different team members 8x8 Work functions as a single call center and if one team member can not pick up the call, the other one can do it.
