Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series

I use 8x8 X Series to make and receive calls all day long, and for text messaging - which is super easy to do on the computer using the 8x8 X Series desktop app. I record calls frequently so I can review the call and hone my notes when I am taking job specs.

Pros

  • 8x8 X Series has definitely made my life easier and more productive. The text messaging feature alone has allowed me to close countless deals with candidates.
8x8 X Series has all of the features I need, and plenty that I don't utilize at the moment - but I will when I add more people to my team. The features are easy to implement and use. I have never had a problem with dropped calls, bad connections, etc., as I used to have with the previous VOIP phone service provider I used before hooking up with 8x8 X Series. The price is right and I couldn't be happier.

8x8 X Series is great for an office with a high volume of calls. I love having a desk phone instead of a teeny tiny cell phone to make and receive calls. 8x8 X Series makes it easy to record calls, and when the call is finished, I receive an email that includes the call recording. The ability to send and receive texts is fantastic and very easy to use.
