It is used across the entire organization but particularly used among the executive team to work from anywhere. It allows us to answer and make calls from anywhere, including our cars while maintaining a professional appearance. It allows us to make 4-button dials from anywhere into the organization and ring groups.
- It allows us control of the entire system with the ability to make changes to how the system works in our organization on the fly.
- We can make quick updates and changes to the auto attendant to route calls properly and at the correct time of day.
- The ability to make hours rules and exceptions is particularly handy.
- The interface was a bit outdated and clunky, but 8x8 has now changed that. I see no real cons.
There is no comparison. Weave gives virtually no control and all changes have to go through them. That is very frustrating and time-consuming.
It is super easy to use. It is very user-friendly and intuitive. And, with the new interface, it is made even better.
The escalation specialists are absolutely perfect. The first tier support does not always understand your issue.
