Overall Satisfaction with Act-On

Act-On is being used by the entire company and is helping us communicate and nurture prospects and clients we have gathered over the years. It enables us to remain Top of Mind.
  • Easy to manage
  • Effectively priced for the ROI
  • Tight integration with Salesforce
  • Reporting could be better in understanding changes in traffic patterms
  • When capping out with licenses, do not run automated programs that do not have license bandwidth necessary
  • Good ROI
  • Awakening a prospect list that we had not spoken to more than once
  • Effective communication without looking like spam
We felt the other two products offered more things than we could possibly use. Plus, they were more expensive. We needed training wheels which Act-On provided.
Solid ROI and ease of use.
We are a start-up so I use the expression of Act-On and our company were "like minded". The ACT-On solution spoke to a company that had no previous marketing experience.
