Overall Satisfaction with Act-On
Act-on provides transparency to who has clicked on your emails, which without Act-On it's a guessing game, "did the prospect receive the email". The only other option we had was to call the prospect and enquire "did you receive our email?" not professional from my perspective. For us it's allowing us to see what our prospects are looking at so we can then target them specifically.

- CSM support is above and beyond. I have never had support liked this with any product. Regular check ins, answers emails promptly and knowledgeable.
- Customer support is fantastic. Fast, professional and always willing to go the extra mile.
- List segmentation is great, simple to use.
- Customer behaviours are now clear with Act-on.
- The automated program setup is fantastic. Set and forget.
- Sorry to say social media is not the best. Room for improvement for sure.
