Overall Satisfaction with Act-On Software
We use Act-On Software for the following: Email campaigns, form submissions, landing pages, automated programs, lead score follow up. It is used to develop potential leads and use all of their included tools to develop relationships that turn into sales. The product works seamlessly with Salesforce and our team really loves it.

It's impacted my work exponentially. If we did not have Act-On Software, I'm not sure how our sales team (and senior management) would survive. It makes my life easier to make reports for the team, and show them concrete stats of what and why these leads are hot or why they are cold.
It's very flexible. The integration with Salesforce, Webex, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, etc. is crucial for our org. It connects seamlessly and makes my life as a CRM manager that much easier to provide real-time leads to everyone who is asking for them in my org. I could not recommend it more.
Everything is better with Act-On Software. The landing pages, the email editing, the reporting, the campaigns, and the automated programs are just a few things I love more than Constant Contact. It's by far the best ESP out there and any sales company not using it is making a big mistake.
