Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

We use Active Campaign for all of the autoresponder forms on our website and to send out newsletters to our customers.

Pros

  • Ease of use
  • Intuitive interface
  • Great customization

Cons

  • Less expensive
  • We've seen an increase in newsletter signups
  • We've built our wholesale customer base with the ability to send follow up info for wholesale customers after they fill out the form
  • We've closed more sales because of being able to create an autoresponder with a discount code to follow up with newsletter sign-ups.
I have found Active Campaign to be way more sophisticated and easy to use than Mail Chimp, with better reports and intuitive interface.
I think Active Campaign is a great solution for any size company. It works wonderfully for the autoresponders on our website and you don't need a tech degree to figure it out.
