Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

I use ActiveCampaign to communicate with the subscribers on my list. It helps me to deliver great content, communications and announcements to them in an organized efficient way. It is only being used by me presently as I am a solopreneur, however, as I expand my team, I will delegate tasks for them on the platform. The business problems it addresses is it helps me to segment my list and speak to portions of my audience with greater relevancy than I would be able to do before. It helps me to be more specific and address their needs than doing it generally (as I did with previous email marketing providers) which is not as effective.

Pros

  • Segmentation.
  • Integration (for example with ClickFunnels).
  • Automations.

Cons

  • Conversations (still not sure how this one works).
  • Forms ( I haven't used this much and feel more comfortable using my app ClickFunnels).
  • Positive!
  • More engagement.
ActiveCampaign is light years ahead of the other product I listed above. The ActiveCampaign system is so intuitive and easy to use. There are so many options to use to customize my experience and deliver content powerfully to my list. The integration with ClickFunnels was so easy and a huge benefit too.
I've used a few different email marketing programs before. I remember being frustrated because they seemed limited or didn't have the functionality I needed or both. Then I found ActiveCampaign and I got the level of detail, API and support I needed. It made my life so much easier - I was able to get very specific about contacts on my list. In the grand scheme of things, that makes it easier for me to make much more of an impact and that's hugely advantageous!
