Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

We currently use ActiveCampaign for all of our email automation and communications with our clients. We use it at all levels including lead capture and developing client relationships, to delivering courses and support for our clients. We are able to schedule broadcast emails and also drip feed content to nurture our audience.
  • Automation flow is easy and intuitive to use.
  • Delivery speed is fast and consistent.
  • Easy to tag users.
  • Easy to create forms and integrate with other services.
  • API function is simple and works without any issues.
  • Interface to see details within reports can be fiddly to get to.
  • If they can get past the spam folder of Hotmail and Yahoo email addresses, that would be great.
  • Marketers need to be omni channel and having an email channel is essential in maintaining a business.
  • The cost compared to other autoresponders is fair for the service you get.
AWeber does not allow single opt in if you are a new user with them. However, ActiveCampaign allows it, so ActiveCampaign was the obvious choice.
Excellent for regular email campaigns to communicate with leads or customers. The segmentation feature is excellent. You can create tags or lists and send appropriate emails to those groups. Also, the automated function allows you to segment without you doing it manually which is a time saver. Sending campaigns at specific times is easy.
Also I would recommend ActiveCampaign because it doesn't force double opt in.
ActiveCampaign may be less appropriate for inexperienced users of autoresponders as it has a lot of functions which can be confusing for new users.
