I use ActiveCampaign to host my email list, email then Monday - Friday and handle all my automations. It's being used by me as I'm currently a solo operation. It allows me to set up my own funnels and automations for customers coming in meaning I can make money with very little effort after the initial work is done.
- Easy to use.
- Great automation options.
- Compatible with everything I need.
- The mobile app could be clearer.
- Open rates and CTR aren't visible on the main page.
- The site on mobile isn't formatted very well.
- More emails on my list.
- Automated funnels.
- Easy integration.
Mailchimp was buggy and kept going down. Several times I couldn't send an email out when I pride myself on consistent contact.
Often the only time I would discover this was when my email hadn't sent. Mailchimp would never tell me so I can inform my audience in an alternate manner.
ActiveCampaign has stayed consistent for me and I've never once had a problem with it.
