Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
We have been using ActiveCampaign for over 2 years now. My company originally started email marketing using Mailchimp but after a few years, we outgrew that platform and needed something much more robust but still easy to use. ActiveCampaign is leaps and bounds ahead of Mailchimp in every way; ease of use, automations, customer tagging, list management, reporting, integrations, etc. And we have barely scratched the surface with click funnels and everything else it can do. We use ActiveCampaign to keep in touch with our tens of thousands of fundraising groups and hundreds of thousands of direct-to-consumer contacts. Even with more contacts, ActiveCampaign is still less expensive than Mailchimp was. It has suited our needs incredibly well.
