Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

We use Active Campaign to send emails to our clients and leads all over Brazil. It helps us sell more. The Marketing department uses it and creates emails and automations. We like it very much and it solves our problems and needs. Our leads get the emails we send then in their inbox and it is really important for us.

  • It deliveries our emails in the lead's inbox.
  • It is easy to use.
  • I think it could be cheaper. It is a bit expansive for my business.
  • It helps me sell twice or more to the same client.
  • It helps me keep my audience engaged.
Yes. It is much better than all of the previous tools that I have used. That is why I am using it right now. Infusion soft was too confusing and hard to use and Mailchimp is too simple for my needs. I do not know how Infusion is nowadays because they have launched a new platform called Keap.

Active Campaign is well suited for small and medium businesses that sell thru the internet like mine, and need email to keep in touch with their clients. I think it is less appropriate for individuals that are starting their business because of their pricing. I like it and it solves our problems.
