Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

ActiveCampaign is an easy-to-use tool that has revolutionized my email marketing. The automation is really simple to create and has saved me hours of work compared to other similar tools I have used before. The lead capture forms are simple to set up and embed in my website. Support through the instant chat version has been great. Highly recommend.

It's all about automation for me. The drag and drop email editor isn't as visually attractive to use as Mailchimp but the email end result is similar. On the whole, though it's much easier to use. The reports are clear and easy to follow and customer service has always been great if I have needed it.

For a small business like mine, I don't have time to be very hands-on with my email marketing/lead generation. The automation in ActiveCampaign means that I can be collecting leads within about 30mins of setting up an email sequence. It's really easy to use.
