ActiveCampaign facilitates the sending of our weekly blog and marketing emails. It also is a helpful CRM and helps us track subscribers going through our programs.
- The customization of its automations
- The advanced search feature
- The deals feature
- Integration with some applications
- Quicker response time from support
- More flexibility with campaign creation
- Streamlined the management of our different customer categories, allowed for new opportunities.
- Switching to active campaign gives us the ability to customize our messaging to our different types of customers.
- The only negative impact was the challenge of switching from Mail chimp to active campaign. Creating and transferring segments was a weeks worth of work.
