Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use ActiveCampaign for every e-commerce/brand we have. From campaigns, to automations, and pipelines. It is really intuitive, great UI, amazing support, and we love all of the automation possibilities. We have seen amazing results and it's been great for the team. We've been able to target very specific segments, retrieve abandoned carts, and increase cross-selling income.

It's easier to use than most, it has a broader trigger options for drip campaigns, great tagging and segmenting systems, the pipelines are easy to use, the best customer service, and the best drip campaigns layout. We rarely experience bugs.

For me, ActiveCampaign has the best system for automations. You can set very specific triggers easily, the layout is simple and works great. You can add very specific conditions, branches, and exit points. Furthermore, the AB testing system for campaigns works perfectly.
I also love that you can create automations for adding tags, subscribing or unsubscribing to lists, creating segments, pipelines stages...
