Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

ActiveCampaign is used for my mailouts and creating automation in an email sequence. I like the ability to tag people based on their behavior and also the ability to share and duplicate my automation to save having to start over each time. I also have an automation for unengaged readers so I can get them off the list.

I find for people who want automation and sophisticated email, ActiveCampaign is ideal. For those just wanting to do mailouts and design HTML emails (not me!!), it probably isn't suited; although they do have templates I believe. It is a robust platform with a great UX and the delivery is world-class.
