Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

We use ActiveCampaign to incentivize customers to leave us reviews or to send certain discounts to certain customers.
Actually we use it for this small business most but we are starting to use it also in the main organization that work in the steel industry.
Our objective is to use ActiveCampaign to create a ton of nurturing mail, increasing customer loyalty.

ActiveCampaign is more dynamic and complete. It let you to have a more options to choose from, a better segmentation, is better organized.

ActiveCampaign is perfect for that situation where you need to do a lot of identical operation and after a precise actions, like sending a discount code after the mail subscription or request a review after a certain time or by sending an a soup opera sequence etc.
I think it's useful for every business model, we're living in the information era where marketing reigns supreme and we have always less time for us so why we have to waste it with repetitive actions or what someone else could do?
