Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
We use it to send email campaigns to our mailing list, mainly. We also set some automations for those user who download certain pdf or masterclass from our website and we tag the mails in our list so we know who to send determined emails in specific moments. We would like to use it as a CRM so we'll be working on it soon.
- Tagging every contact on your list
- Integrations with different tools as Typeform or wordpress
- Automations to make sure every contact is treated with care.
- Emails desing
- I never use ActiveCampaign forms, as I think the aesthetics is not good enough, or editable, or maybe I just don't know how to do it, but I can't make it look as the rest of my website when I embed it there.
- It would be interesting to have an easier way to test the automations. Like a faster preview.
- An structural template to organize your lists and tags
- At the moment, ROI is negative
- I've sold about 1800 € in 3 years. Obviously not my main sales channel
I tried other products before ActiveCampaign, because they were cheaper many times. Integrations weren't working easily and I always had troubles with forms and double optin settings. Some other products offered way too much more than what I needed, so I thought they weren't useful for me and my business. I basically selected ActiveCampaign because all my mentors and colleagues recommended it
