Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
We currently use ActiveCampaign throughout the whole company. We mainly use it for email marketing strategies, as well as all automated emails that we use on a variety of strategies: launching products, open events registrations, and funnel sales. ActiveCampaign has helped us organize our leads, using lists and tags. It also offers many features that have improved our marketing strategies in this past year, not to mention the great service our account manager has provided by teaching us new methods to improve our sales.

I find Active Campaign to be a way more complete resource compared to previous software I have used in the past. It offers so many tools to build the ideal marketing campaign. I love that I can do it all with just one single software. Also, right before Active Campaign, I had many issues with a similar platform that left me in quite a pickle during the launch of an important product. I find ActiveCampaign to be much more reliable. Finally, I have to mention that their customer service is the best. Our account manager is amazing and he is always providing great insights on our account and strategies - definitely a great plus of AC.
