A solid CRM with a great price point
Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
We use ActiveCampaign to target marketing at new prospects but also to keep existing clients in the loop. We also use it as a tool to stay in touch with current clients who have a "live project" with us. We have automated an email process that keeps our clients informed at every stage of the project development. It also doubles up as a Sales Forecasting and Pipeline tool, so it is truly used as a multi-purpose tool in our business.
Pros
- A fully fledged CRM
- Keeps track of deals, stages and pipeline
- Automated campaigns for new and existing customers
Cons
- Slight bug when adding deals (it seems to duplicate the deal but fine after a refresh)
- Speed has been improved a lot recently, but can be improved further
- It allows us to have a clear picture of our sales and our targets
- Clients receive automated emails regarding the status of their project based on tags
- The highly customizable nature of the campaigns means messages feel more personalized
- We are more streamlined and able to manage more clients than ever before
ActiveCampaign is a low-cost, highly flexible solution that is ideal for small or even larger businesses. The price point vs the feature set is spot on. I have tried "freemium" versions of other software, which are clever ploys to upsell you to a paid tier. At least with ActiveCampaign, you know where you stand from the very outset. Solid performance, perfect deliverability, and a wicked toolset.
