Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use ActiveCampaign as the primary platform for all of my email marketing -- I design landing pages, monitor lead magnets (love the ability to detail out client funnels), build + nurture my email list, all on ActiveCampaign. Quite literally, since I got ActiveCampaign, I was able to channel most of my marketing through this one platform, as opposed to the several I had to use before.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Landing pages -- I know this is a relatively new feature, but this was a selling point for me, and I was not disappointed;
Sending emails -- I really like how simple in design/creation (yet formal in appearance) this whole process is.
The complexity -- might sound weird, but I *love* how all-inclusive ActiveCampaign is. It was a learning curve for sure, a little overwhelming at first, but after a few incredibly helpful calls with their tech people, I got it down, and life was awesome again.

Cons

I would like a little more flexibility with the landing pages -- they're great right now, but it's difficult to add a level of creativity that's not within the standard template. It would be great to have some more options for creativity, design, aesthetics.
Perhaps this feature exists and I just haven't found it (lol), but it would be cool to be able to create a static email signature.

Return on Investment

I went from 0-50 new emails on my list in a matter of weeks, due to the simplicity and functionality of the landing pages/forms.
Because of the great email tracking features, I was able to observe and shift my emails so that I went from a 15% open rate to a 50% open rate.

Alternatives Considered

MailerLite and Mailchimp

I was highly disappointed in Mailchimp from the beginning -- it was incredibly limited, complicated, and I was constantly experiencing glitching that resulted in me losing work. MailerLite was good, but eventually, I needed to upgrade, and that's when I started looking into ActiveCampaign. After scrolling through a few reviews and seeing how all-inclusive ActiveCampaign was, I decided to try it, and I have been so impressed.

As a life coach, I feel like ActiveCampaign was almost designed *for* my line of work. Between landing pages, lead cultivation, and the ability to merge ActiveCampaign with so many other platforms, it makes it so easy for me to draw in and nurture potential clients. Especially the option to track leads, add notes + updates, and such, is so great because there are so many people I need to "keep track of" in the initial client stages.
