Overall Satisfaction with ActivTrak
We rolled out ActivTrak during COVID to ensure that employees were remaining productive and also to watch for burnout. The platform delivers exactly as promised - we had some initial hiccups in attempting to get usable data out of AT for use in other systems, but we've generally figured it out at this point. As someone that is focused on building a team and a positive place to work, the biggest suggestion would be to make sure you are clear and transparent with employees on how you will use this data. We spent most of the implementation time crafting a fair and transparent policy so that employees knew what we were monitoring, how it would be used, etc.

- Reports out data in easy to read dashboards
- Would be great to allow user access to data, but specify what data they can review
- Better public dash boarding system
- Better pricing model (annoying to have to go back to a sales rep for more seats at a discounted price)
- Ability to manage productivity, especially for hourly employees
- Ability to get warning of potential burnout
- The dashboards are very clear and concise and easy to use
- Data is clean and accurate - nobody has ever challenged that
We look at group productivity weekly to ensure if departments are over or under we know why. We also use if there are issues with hourly employees clocking in more time than they actually worked. It also gives a great ability to monitor if there are employees that are working too much and need to get a nudge to take time off.

Our company isn't large enough for this to be effective, nor was it something we were looking for.
I don't recall the others we reviewed, but there were a number of platforms we reviewed. AT had the best feature set at the right price. Also, the open data was a plus.
