Overall Satisfaction with ActivTrak
Currently we use ActivTrak to measure the productivity of employees. It lets us know what amount of time is being spent productively versus surfing the internet or non-work-related things. I have it set up to email me every Monday regarding the past week's usage in a report form. It is very helpful when determining why a certain task was not or was accomplished.
Pros

Cons
- There are none that I can provide as the service does everything I need it to do.
- The ROI is great as it has been especially critical in letting us know where there are cracks in our system.
- The automated report allows me to check and see where everyone is on their productivity and shows where we can improve and what time frame an employee is more productive.
- We have reached a goal of productivity by the report and allows us to continue to improve.
The reports show what websites are visited and the length of time on each website. It allows us to make sure that everyone stays on task and when each individual is most productive.
This has been helpful in determining which employees are focused and sometimes when they may need to step away to give themselves a break.
It shows which programs are used most and allows us to make sure that these are accessible to everyone.
