Minimalist User with ActivTrak

We utilize ActivTrak in order to get a "pulse" or birds-eye view on our team throughout the day. We don't use it constantly, but it has served as a great tool to monitor the work day and daily progression of our teams. It's also a way to hold our teams accountable for doing their work, especially since most of our billing and patient care coordinators work remotely.

ActivTrak has helped our organization overall improve productivity. With my team specifically, it's holds them accountable because they know we're able to check in at any moment and that the program accounts for productive and non productive time. Thankfully I have never had to had a negative productive time discussion, and it may have been dedicated in big part to this tool.

We're able to utilize ActivTrak to review what each team member is doing and it helps us gain insight to projects completed or when in the middle of something time consuming - helping us guide additional tasks to the correct employee vs giving it to someone focusing on another project already.

I have not been as involved with ActivTrak in this regard as some other departments in our company. Our billing department probably utilizes this the most, and would have a more accurate response.
