It is used to help monitor productivity across many departments and to determine how efficiently our teams are performing.
Pros
- Shows an accurate picture in real time.
- Allows you to review past data.
- Provides accurate measurements for data collections.
Cons
- Does not record each frame.
- Is not navigation friendly.
- Should come with an instructional video section to help those who are not Tech savvy.
- Positive impact - allows for easy payroll adjustments.
- Negative impact - allows misuse in micromanagement.
- All of them and it allows me to review remote Employee productivity.
It allows us to see who is completing tasks and who is ready to take on more tasks daily.
It has allowed us to see if the workload is balanced or if we need to pivot to get tasks done.
It allows us to see where the opportunities are within the Team.
