I track my team's work hours to limit employee burnout.

- Tracks productive vs unproductive time.
Cons
- Site is slow to respond when pulling up data.
- Very surprised at how many extra hours each team member is putting in. Brought burn out to my attention.
- Monitoring the work habits of team members.
We've identified that team members routinely overwork their hours and have attempted to scale back to avoid burnout.
I keep saying the same thing here: By identifying overworked employees, we've been able to scale back their hours to avoid burnout.
We prevent burnout by keeping hours worked under a maximum limit.
