Overall Satisfaction with ActivTrak
We use ActivTrak in our organization to monitor the activity of our office staff so that we can coach them to a high level of efficiency. We have people that work in the office and remotely all day on computers doing tasks that are hard to quantify the budget of times for.
Pros
- Keeping a detailed record of all this being done
Cons
- In general navigation on the site is difficult to understand
- It seems to pretty well be a wash with the cost versus the data that gives me ability to coach.
- Productive versus non-productive time.
Using ActivTrak has given us a better idea of a benchmark to know the productivity of a customer service representative for a service advisor to know what on average they should be capable of and how much on average they should be able to do. We can then set up performance goals and coaching based on this.
In general just giving us a idea of what the people are capable of and how much they should be doing. We have good information to find out how each person is doing compared to their co-workers and where we can help them become better. The burnout risk doesn't seem to be super realistic for us specifically.
ActivTrak has helped our organization manage process workflows and resource utilization across people and Technology by giving us accurate data to track and record, and Benchmark so that we can coach our people to be the best that they can be and to be most efficient.
