Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We currently use Acumatica for all of our CRM, accounting, and project management needs in every department. Most of our workers are remote and often traveling as well. So it's beneficial for us to have one piece of software that is in the cloud and works across all departments, branches, and locations.
  • Project accounting.
  • Sales reporting.
  • Financial reporting.
  • Field service.
  • Error reporting/viewing.
  • Acumatica has saved us so much time, previously having multiple disparate systems for handling our many processes. Now we have one fully integrated system saving us time and money.
Acumatica is great for mid to large size organizations that need a fully integrated solution and many modules. The software is very robust and they are always adding more features and functionality to the product. So as your business grows the product does too. It's not like other ERP solutions that I've worked with that rarely improve.
