Acumatica is capable of handling essentially all the needs of our organization. One of the most salient issues it handles is the need for ad-hoc reporting. For instance, an executive may need certain metrics that don't exist in the data, except via interpolation - this is easy to do in an Acumatica Generic Inquiry, which allows me to write complex queries without needing to know any SQL. I can join to any number of tables, create formulas that compute on-the-fly, and export the data to any number of formats (csv, Excel, OData, API, SQL) either on-demand, scheduled, or as an event trigger.

The increasing number of integrations with other SaaS providers and Acumatica Certified Partners makes life easy as an Acumatica administrator. Also, I was a skeptic of the Annual Summit, but I'm so glad I attended because it's been a wealth of information and networking. I feel confident that with all the knowledge I've gained here (and in the strong Acumatica community forums online - both official and unofficial like Augforums) - that I can deliver an even better experience for my users when I return. It really is a great product, with great value.

We do a lot of e-commerce sales and it's nice that Acumatica has a native integration with Shopify and Big commerce (we use the latter) .... the partnerships that Acumatica has with these two companies serves us well, because we can count on solid support.
