Using it for e-Signing different documents both internally and externally. It makes the signature process easy to get the signature done from multiple stakeholders within and outside the organization. User friendly and does not ask your signers to log in and create an account and the multiple parties can sign the same document in the selected sequence.

User friendliness is the most important so that the signatories do not face any issues/problems using the tool. The tools should be highly accessible and efficient with no down-time and being on the cloud the users will not have to download any new apps on to their machines for signature.

It is a highly accessible and efficient tool to get forms authorized by multiple persons within an organization. User-friendly and makes signing documents convenient since you can easily download it directly from Word docs. You don't need to ask your signers to log in, and multiple parties can sign the same document in a chosen sequence.
This is a great way to save time and effort while ensuring that all parties are able to get everything signed quickly. Its is incredibly beneficial for situations where scanned documents need to be signed, as it eliminates the need to scan, print, complete and re-scan. This makes it perfect for the team who don't have a printer.

They have Trusted Security Standards implemented which met our needs for compliance and the tool users Simple Signing Instructions which make the life of the signatories easy and signing can be done quickly.
Easy to use and no account creation/login is required for signatories to sign the document. Tracking of the document should be there and provide a trail where exactly the document is, who all have viewed and signed and is pending from which signatory based on the sequence set for signature.
