It's not my business decision. It is foundational to our work but it does not offer an optimized experience for what we need. We need to layer with additional products or third party programs to get what we need.
In addition to the master brand, we have 100+ properties, different lines of business and additional brand pages which enable us to track performance. Some are revenue generating whereas others are more upper funnel. All are key to running our business.
I am digitally savvy but it's not the easiest to use. I observe some of our colleagues who really struggle bc they are not comfortable with the complexity.

Yes

Some of the dashboards are clunky and slow so I find it easier to export data and work within Excel.
