Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Analytics

We use Adobe Analytics to have a better experience so that we can track several of our campaigns across multiple platforms in one home. It's just easier to see all at one place than to have to use multiple places to look at singular places and then have to compare using multiple windows - if I can do all in one I'm in for of that.

Pros

  • Data Integration from multiple sites
  • track website performance
  • helps to understand behavior of customers

Cons

  • Updates would be good
  • It doesn't seem to be expanding as much as it could.
  • Maybe a new Home Screen?
  • Maybe be a bit faster?
  • This has let me improve my user engagement - because I can see all
  • Lets us expand our conversion rates
  • The modeling features are an advantage
It just depends on how others can advance the same materials in the coming months - this is all changing so fast - and if somebody can do the same features better, and Adobe Analytics stays where they are - I will have no choice but to switch. Hence the number in the middle of the pack.
Like I said, the fact that I can track all of my information across multiple platforms in 1 hub, and be able to make the adjustments that I need to - to optimize my ROI and to expand my reach - I'm all for it. I don't prefer to go to multiple places for information - just give me one and that's what I prefer.
Again, it has to go back to the changes that all of these platforms are going through. All is ever-changing, and Adobe Analytics has to keep up. So far it's been very middle of the road. I like what I can do, but other places and platforms are beginning to do the same functions at a better way and is Adobe Analytics going to keep up?
I chose Adobe Analytics at the time because Google was just for Google. But they are changing, so it may be worth another look

Do you think Adobe Analytics delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Adobe Analytics's feature set?

Yes

Did Adobe Analytics live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Adobe Analytics go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Adobe Analytics again?

Yes

Like I said prior, Adobe Analytics is a good hub to track a lot of information from multiple sites, and the integration seems to be seamless - but could it be better? Of course. I like having to have all of my info at one place - but Google does a better job of just google information - and that's what they need to strive for.
