Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Analytics

We use Adobe Analytics to analyze web traffic, marketing channels and Ad cloud performance spend.

We are also use Adobe Analytics to measure our A/B tests and understand our personalization efforts.

I have reporting requirements for scorecards, periodic updates through emails or dashboards. I also schedule automated reports for specific use cases to the concerned stakeholders.

As mentioned earlier, it is a very evolved tool that has a very high adoption rate. It is very matured from how we have been using it. There seems to be no reason for us to make a change at this point. We will renew our contract with Adobe Analytics.
Our business leaders need numbers and metrics in order to make decisions. It may not be possible for these leaders/stakeholders to do so on their own. In order to make the key business metrics and KPI's available in an easily consumable format, we build reports and dashboards from Adobe Analytics.
Adobe Analytics is a very intuitive and easy to use tool. It is a tool that beginners can start to use. There is also plenty of easy to use manuals and guides provided by Adobe as well the experience league training videos which are very helpful for all kinds of users.

Adobe Analytics is a more advanced tool which is used for complex business needs and it does require a lot of setup from the backend. However, when compared to tools like Google Analytics, it is significantly better with customization, personalization and attribution. It is also very flexible to work cohesively with other Adobe tools making it an easy choice for most use cases.

Adobe Analytics will suit most scenarios and most large businesses that operate at a scale. It is a very matured and evolved tool when compared to its competitors.

It is steep in terms of pricing and will be a bit of an entry barrier to companies that would love a quality analytics platform but may not have the financial resources to afford it.
